Skincare Favorites for the Fall and Winter

Hello all,

I have been loving some products recently and felt that you could benefit from them as well.

Since the temperatures are dropping, many will experience changes in their skin. I know I do every year. My skin is a combination of oily and dry. Definitely more oily in the summer, which means I don’t have to moisturize as often.

However, in the winter, my skin is very dry with some oily patches that can defiantly be annoying. So here are my favorites that I have recently found that I have been loving so far.

Cucumber Water: 01e4f9e69694bcd4ef70c97e480957bc7a73178741

I love this mist. It is hydrating and very refreshing.  I use this sometimes in the morning if I need something to make me look awake, especially after long nights at work.  Mostly though, I use this in the evening after I tone my skin and before I moisturize, as I think it helps lock in the moisture all night while I sleep.

Rose Hip Oil and Argan Oil  0183d40923a9b3b03507355f77f310ef89523ae33a

When I was younger and battling acne, I would never dream of putting oil directly on my face. I actually never moisturized my face at all during this period. Now that I am older, I know the importance of maintaining hydrated skin. I have been looking around for some good oils for my skin and hair, which get super dry in the winter, and finally found some.

So I love using the Rose Hip Oil after using the Cucumber Water.  This oil is a light oil, not too heavy, which is great for my skin. Occasionally, I will use Argan Oil if my skin feels very dry as it is a heavier oil, after I used it on my hair.

Alright, I hope this has been helpful for you. Let me know in the comments what skin care products you use in the winter.

Have a great day, and as always I will see you soon,

Alyssa
